I had an emergency with my dog and called ahead and brought him in. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Then another lady came from the back and she was very rude the entire time. She immediately started accusing me of giving my dog marijuana. She continued to make rude comments until the actual veterinarian that was treating our dog came out. The actual veterinarian was very helpful and polite. She listened to my girlfriend and I and had a good conversation about what was going on without interrupting us at all unlike the other lady. A little kindness goes a long way when you are concerned about your animal. Our dog means everything to us and the lady thought she could treat us like that since we are young. She should not be in that environment.

I am filled with immense gratitude for the incredible individuals at Town and Country Animal Hospital. Their unwavering patience with our elderly boxer/lab, who despised nail trims, was truly remarkable. In one of the most heart-wrenching moments, their boundless compassion and empathy supported my family as we bid our beloved pet farewell. Their kindness will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

My 4 year-old Aussie is an extremely anxious dog and all of the staff at Town & Country Animal Hospital has been incredibly kind and understanding! At our first appointment, Dr. Mary Sue didn't hesitate to sit on the floor with him until he came over to her without coaxing and started licking her face! It's such a relief to go somewhere that doesn't automatically muzzle my dog because they believe he'll be aggressive when he's anxious. We've now visited several times for his annual check-up and vaccinations as well as grooming, and I can safely say that I would feel comfortable boarding him there if need be. They even offered that I could bring him into the lobby to interact with the staff and socialize even if he doesn't have a formal appointment. Very pleased and would highly recommend!!

They are very nice here. They work with you and your animal to make sure the visit is seamless. They listen to you on your animals issues and mention things to try to work with it.
