“as a general rule i’d rather stand outside in a blizzard than go through the process of buying a car. i found the car i wanted online, sent a message, and the next morning before 9am i was on my way there to meet with Josh. i was on a tight schedule and i told Josh that from the start- and he was confident we could make a trade in/new car purchase happen with plenty of time to spare.
the process was smooth, no BS, no back and forth. when i said “no”, it was respected. i spoke with the sales manager and the finance manager and they were both very kind.
the finance manager was able to get me a better APR than the pre approval i arrived with, which was a great surprise. the trade in deal was totally fair and painless.
i *love* my car for the first time and it’s such a fun feeling. i highly recommend these guys for a quick & easy car buying experience! thank you josh & co!
