“It was my 15yr old beagles "Izzy" 2nd time EVER needing her nails trimmed. One of her pads was infected. Not only did they make her feel calm and comfortable the whole time, she didn't even notice with their soft touch that they trimmed that nail. I was beyond words. When they treat your furr-babies as individuals and as family that doesn't only make them vets, it makes them a part of YOUR FAMILY ❤.
