Due to winter weather, I called ahead to see if they carried in stock the product I was interested in. The staff cheerfully answered the phone and answered all my questions. Upon arrival she had things ready for me to view, helped me determine what plan would best meet my needs for the best rate and all with knowledge and small-town charm. Once again I can say "I love Cricket Wireless" and Nevada MO store is tops!!

Have been in here several times and customer service is excellent. First time was with my phone and Landon helped me. He was very professional, helpful and kind. Just a good human!Went in again for my mom after 3 other companies and 3 phones later finally. Denise went above and beyond for me that day. She is smart knows her job well and is very professional! She also is just a good human!Went in there again to see about getting my mom new cellphone. I don't remember this man's name but he was the same! Very professional, knew his job well and just a really good human also! Not only is cricket wireless the best customer service I ever had but also best phone company I ever had also. I have dementia and these ppl was very paitent with me and kind to me! Thank you Cricket wireless for your all your help and excellent customer service!

I 100% regret switching to this service they said they get good service. Yet I literally lost half of my cell service when I switched. I am always looking for signal losing calls. I would t recommend this service for phone service to anyone

i went in there today with my son and there was a smaller girl who was so kind, she wasn’t able to help until what i believe to be there manager bonnie cameout. she was very professional and was straight to the point and fixed our issues. she truly has all the good traits of a sales employee and manger. amazing experience and will continue to do buissnes here

The online customer service lies to the guest then when you go inside the store they want to go through the customer service on the telephone and then if you have your phone for work then they want you to do a factory restore and lose everything but then they want you to repay for everything more than what you paid the first time and not even fix the issue we've been telling them the issues been going on for a couple months and it was this or that nitpick in here try this try this you know don't update your phone the whole point of having a phone is to have an updated and to be able to do the things that it's supposed to be doing and when we told them that we'd wanted to upgrade they wanted to charge us the activation fee when you're already an active customer.still have two broken phones the insurance u pay for does nothing and makes u wait longer to have a phone. Then we wanted to add two lines for our kids and it say free phones with new service and we were told we have to pay the upgrade fee . Went thru several screen protectors they don't stay on after the first day and again they want u to pay for faulty product. Not happy

Just had a great experience at cricket in Nevada! They really know what they are doing at that place. They walked me through the my cricket app. They showed me how refer a friend and save up to $250 a year. I am very impressed with them. Thank you for your discretion in hiring employees. They made my trip fast and easy!

First of all shout out to the staff! Exceptional customer service! Clean store in good and easy to access location. I switched my number over to cricket from straight talk and I got a free phone. The girls working showed me a video of this glass called cellhelmet and wow. I bought it and they put it on my phone. Very satisfied. Recommend to everyone!
