Literally the worst! Never had issues with cox when I lived in manhattan but I get this for 2 months and there was nothing but issues. Not telling us about an extra payment and then having to pay the disconnect, reconnect, and late fee is bull. The customer service is terrible. The fact you have so many fees is terrible too. If your customer service can't even remember them all then you probably have too many.

Any time there’s wind blowing, the wifi goes down. Rain, snow, hail, forget about using the internet also. Hard pass on this company.

If your thinking of getting vybe….DONT!! Bad customer service, and the fact that if you live in on post housing and have 2 internet lines (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) you can’t have them both on BECAUSE “to maintain their advertised speeds”. So if you want to move your modem from different floors call em up and get charged a 20$ fee everytime you want to move them!!

Worst internet service we have had in 15 years. Stay away from this company, we have to restart the modem and/ or call customer support twice a month at least. We pay for super fast internet and can’t use basic websites let alone streaming apps without issues. Also, you stay on hold for thirty minutes or more for customer service every time you call.

Worst internet I have ever had net constantly has slow speed nowhere near what I pay for as well as half the areas in my house can’t even get signal to point had to go buy a better router just to try and push signal

So affordable and extremely reliable service!! The serviceman who installed my equipment was extremely kind and helpful when installing our Wi-Fi. I had horrible experiences with Cox so if you are ever considering choosing Vyve… don’t hesitate!!

The internet they provide is not even close to being good! I’m constantly being kicked off the server. Why do I pay 70 something dollars for this.

service goes in and out sometimes but customer service have been excellent, sent a tech out an did what he thought was the problem fixer, great staff, professional!

Speeds are decent assuming you can actually stay connected. Internet drops out more than any service I've ever had.

The actual internet is not that terrible, but we were set up for auto pay and Lord Forbid the company doesn’t take out the amounts properly. We have not been billed on auto pay in months, and have to continually call in since they don’t take the amounts like they are supposed to. If you have other options… do not choose Vyve!! It’s a hassle!!

Awful experience from start to finish, their communication as a whole is horrendous. I was with late fees and monthly payments while not even being there or having any of the equipment. Don’t use Vyve, I wouldn’t use them if they were the only option or the lastWi-Fi company on Earth.
