In my opinion, most of the negative reviews about staff are outdated. I've been numerous times, and my staff experiences have all gone well. We've had little chats about interesting pieces and they answered any questions I had. The prices are also fairly decent, but it's more about the selection there in my opinion. With the variety of military backgrounds and travel, you get unique furniture, books, clothing, and antiquities from all over the world! My only complaint is the small space in which I can sympathize, and the wonky hours.

Most employees are spouses of active duty military and were born and raised in other countries where rudeness is a way of life. Shop for what you need at reasonable costs and accept the cultural differences.

Always good stuff there. They moved by the airport and by appointments, so call ahead.

After reading some of these comments and my own personal experiences in the store. I think I will go elsewhere. It’s a shame I don’t even think a lot of people are donating to them anymore

Had about 4 negative customer experiences in the first 5 minutes, culminating with the lady telling me to put my 5 year old back in the car and drive 15 minutes for her to pee, rather than let her spend 10 seconds in your bathroom. And after I just said I have freetime and no household goods, basically out to spend money. Take a class on how to run a store!

There was very polite customer service, and a buy one get one free bag sale!

Awful customer service! The ladies seemed more interested in corralling my kids (who are 13 and 10, by the way ... hardly toddlers or misbehaved brats). The kids were interested in many things but each time they wanted to look/touch/show me something they were scolded! I literally had to tell one lady, "He is very curious, interesting, he loves to explore and we do NOT stifle that." I guess she got scolded today. Cripes! Someone do something about the mean old ladies in this place!

Prices were OK, but the employees were very rude! My child only picked up a toy to show me and the employees just snapped at him and told him," no playing with the toys!" I thought they want to make money, I guess that's why no one wants to go or work there.

Terrible experience. Went there to try and donate items and was treated horribly. The women working there kept mouthing off to me, rudely shunned my donations saying they didn't want anything right now and kept snapping at my children who were doing nothing but holding my leg because they were scared by the employees. Just very sad that these people chose to act this way, especially at a place where many go because it is what they can afford. Someone needs to see this and fix the attitudes of their employees, time now.

There are two sections to the shop, a consignment store and a thrift store. When you go down the stairs, the left side has a the thrift store. It is overcrowded. I like to call it "The Room of Requirement" after the room in Hogwarts in the Harry Potter universe. You can get good things very inexpensively if you have the time and patience to excavate. Prices for large items seem arbitrary as they're often not labeled and are at the discretion of thrift store workers whom you must ask to assign a price to an item. The right side is the consignment part and has a generally higher caliber of things. It is a little better organized and a lot more expensive.
