  I went to this Chase location in Fairway KS. I needed help getting a lien release from Tx to Ks. Although they don't do the vehicle loans there, James Gillroy was very helpful.   I brought a bag of coins and was turned away because this branch has no change counting device or board. I was referred to walmart and offered paper rolls, while all I wanted was to deposit change. Other banks are full service, Chase doesn’t try.

  Almost didn’t come here because of the reviews but honestly it was a 10/10 experience. Customer service was great and while I had multiple things I needed done, I was in & out within 10 minutes. I’d definitely recommend this location!
