“Love De Soto vet! We have been taking our fur babies here before they moved into the new space. We have a addi dog who needs to go in monthly for his shot. Chief loves going in to get his lovin’s from everyone there. Dr. Matt has been kind and patient with all of our animals. The front desk staff is always professional and friendly. Highly recommend going here!”
“OWL does such great work for our community. They are the go-to resource for helping Kansas wildlife. My husband and I found a turtle that had just been hit by a car. I reached out via message after hours requesting advice and permission to bring the turtle in the following morning. Someone got back with me on how to support the turtle overnight, and they also let me know I could bring the turtle in once they opened the next day. I took him in right away the next morning. Unfortunately, his injuries were too severe, and it was determined he couldn't be saved. The ladies who were in the office were incredibly compassionate. As an animal lover, I was so sad that he could not be saved. But I am very grateful that he was treated with dignity, and he didn't have to suffer any longer. If you ever have a wildlife situation that you need assistance on, please reach out to Operation Wildlife for advice. They are a great organization, and they rely on volunteers and donations. Our community is lucky to have this animal rehabber in our area.”
