This place is a train wreck. Management should take over until they get the serice up to par. Or get managers that care if they're already working. Ridiculous. Tried to order breakfast pizza, out of eggs. Tried to order thin crust, sold out. Come on.

Ordered food this morning threw the app. Went in when it told me it would be ready. They had no food out, just started cooking food and was told I had to wait for that food to be ready before my order would get started on. I already paid for my food so shouldn't my food come out first..

Casey’s does not give you bags with purchases !!!!!Bought like two or three pieces of pizza two or three Gatorade, a bag of chips and a candy bar and was told by the clerk that they no longer are allowed to give bags out from corporate so I was forced to carry everything by hand to my car why can we not give bags to customers to just want to warn everybody Casey is not giving bags

You can take one look at the staff and you know they don't drug test here. Retrain the tweeker dude you got working in the morning or find someone else. For anyone seeing this, the Kwik-Shop will have you in and out, instead of waiting for the twacked out Casey's employee to put down there phone at the register.

Drinks are two for $5, but you only have one of a kind in stock. So the customer has to pay for your lack of inventory by buying the only one at full price. Nope. Moving on.

This review should have been for the new Casey’s on Chruch instead of 10th street:I normally do not post negative reviews as I believe in talking respectfully to people directly. Unfortunately talking to this manager would be pointless. She is rude, disorganized, and forces her political opinions on others. This is completely unprofessional and inappropriate!If I could give zero stars I would.In addition to the manager, this “brand new” store is badly run. They are always out of items Casey’s is known for; and the people working the register are more interested in checking their phones AT the counter than helping people. Don’t bother trying to use a gas discount either, the cashiers apparently don’t know how to put them in. This has happened 3 times in one month.The ONLY reason to go to this Casey’s is they have the E85 for the flex fuel engines.I have reported all this to corporate. Hopefully it will change soon!

Ordered a pizza online at 5:42. Estimated pickup time was 6:07. Knowing that orders always take longer at this location, I showed up at 6:30. They hadn't even STARTED making my order yet. If you order pizza from this location and expect to have it within an hour, you will be disappointed every. single. time.That being said, it was really good pizza and the manager on duty comped my order without me even asking. I genuinely think they're doing the best they can while chronically under-staffed.
