Never answers the phone. I have called several times with no answer. Have gone as far as to call from inside the office just to see if it would get answered...... again no!

Mail was coming up missing quite often but couldn't seem to get clear honest answers. Where I reside now I talked to a mail carrier delivering that day about the outgoing mailbox and was informed they don't have a key to open it. Asking questions either gets a look of confusion, guilt and very rarely gets an honest answer. I have to walk to another location in town to send my mail so I know it'll get picked up. ?

One of their mail carriers must’ve put my bank statement in somebody else’s box or just Didn’t bother and sent it back. Makes me wonder what else have they sent back cause I don’t know what they’re doing. Pretty sad.

Had a package that was showing in Emporia and instead of sending out for delivery some braniac sent it to Kansas City. So, now I have to wait 2 more days for delivery. If they can even handle that.

Didn’t receive my mail for 2-14. There was a very important piece that was due to arrive today according to informed delivery. My neighbor got his mail but we were skipped. Very upset. Also at times our mail gets delivered to other addresses.
