Was a bit unsure how the experience would be after looking at some previous Google reviews stating the customer service was poor. Was explained that was when the headquarters was at this location but now it has been relocated and this is strictly a retail location now.

“I was helped by Tina and she showed me personally where things were at. They had 5 checkers up front, that was 1 more than Walmart had when I was there earlier. 2-3 people in the firearms area and they were out with customers. Not behind counter, but helping on the floor. I really like that. Names were all label clearly. Nice place, good people and better prices than I could find online for a few things. 479.00 marked down to 349.00 for the rifle I was looking at. They did have a store policy that would not let me purchase a long gun since I am from Colorado. Other neighboring states are fine. Just not Colorado. Cal-ranch has the same policy. Wish that policy was different, but a great addition to Emporia.”
