“Stopped in to check plans and pricing, it’s overwhelming at times. Young lady named Taylah helped me and explained the tiers and showed me I qualified for a 55 plan.I wasn’t aware any other carriers were offering this and for a young person to fully explain and not just blow off us older generation really showed me she cared for me to get the best experience. “Gage helped me yesterday and was incredibly knowledgeable. I went in to get a new phone and he had me all set and out the door within 20 minutes. I had to go back in the store later after getting myself locked out of my new phone. He knew how to fix it within a couple minutes. Also he didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff or pressure me with promotions which made the experience much more comfortable and relaxing! I’ve been going to this store for years and have never met a rude associate or dealt with a bad experience. ??”

“I love this location it’s fully stocked a few trucks park for a quick stop never to stay overnight from what I saw. There’s a Phillips 66 with maybe 20 parking spots lots of stores across the street and an Aldi next to Wally World”

“The sales rep Emily was excellent! She went above and beyond to help me out and get me a great deal on a phone. She answered all my questions and even responded to text question at 10pm before I decided to sign up for their service. She even did her best to get me a deal on accessories, like a phone cover and screen protector. She is honest and doesn't give you the sales pitch like the guys at Verizon. She made switching over my phone service so quick and easy! I recommend Nex-Tech wireless because of how she took care of me. She deserves a raise! She should be employee of the month!
