Called to ask about pricing, and the lady I spoke to was bothered by the questions and concerns I had. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. I myself have been in customer service for more than 10 years and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. To top it off she’s one of the co-owners Ridiculous how unprofessional and rude she was. Decided to take my business elsewhere! Do NOT RECOMMEND.

They didn't tell me up front how much they were going to charge me (which they are obligated to do) and it was 315 bucks. They gave me 25 off for being a new customer but I never would have kept the appointment knowing it was that much. I should have asked but that's my fault for not thinking it would be over twice what I thought it would be.

Unhelpful both in person and online. They told me to call the tech help company, which was even less helpful and even more rude. Would not recommend doing taxes through them. Also I already called the number they are suggesting in their comment and they were unhelpful and rude as well.
