Their " secure gate" doesn't work a lot of the time. Drive by and it's open. But worse, is when you go there to get in your unit and the gate won't open!! No call back. No return text. Has happened more than once. The rent just keeps going up. They make sure to get that money auto drafted every month though!Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that actually cares about their customers

It used to be a reasonable price for a 10x10 unit. I understood going from $50 to $65 for the upkeep and security. It's going up again by the end of the month to $80. That's a 60% increase in a year and a half.

I have had my mother's things in 3 units since December 2019. I just moved all items out April 2022. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and responsive to messages left. I liked the new security fence that was installed and the rates are very reasonable. The move out was very easy with no hassle; the staff made the process easy and quick.

The price is less than other storage facilities in this town. I approve of the billing and payment options, especially the text message invoice and receipt. A fence has been built around the property which will improve security. One drawback from the fence is that only two access points are now available, both on the main street for truck traffic. There is a railroad crossing next to the lockers and when a train goes through - which is often - it sometimes stops for long periods. When this occurs, trucks are backed up on K-99, and cars inside the storage property will be stuck until the train moves. Hopefully, this will not happen frequently. Otherwise, I have been a customer for 25 years and have always been satisfied.
