I've tried calling for 6 months about a car for sale on the lot. All numbers called go unanswered. One number on the building does not even go to a voice-mail. How do you do business with these people? Maybe they don't answer because all the reviews are right... ??¿¿

No good !!! they dont care about nothing but the money, i bought a truck 01 of august and is dicember and dont have the title yet i paid the truck cash they gave me a title with a lot of owners in the back and i couldnt get my title in nebraska i gave the title back to them they said they will get a clear title and i am still waiting , by the way the description of the truck said clear and clean title and its not they are no very honest ,now i have to go back to missouri to get inspection and finally the title they said, i hope this time i can finish with this nightmare. another bad thing the truck is in the mechanic all the time the mechanic said they fix it and just kind a did a mess with the intake bolts and gaskets ?

I bought a car from here. The engine blew a week into having it, I paid 150$ to have it towed back to them and they stopped answering my phone calls completely. Wouldn’t respond to ANY messages / voicemails. A year later they STILL have my car, or don’t. Either way they robbed a single mom of two for 2,500$. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING STOLEN FROM.

FRAUD!! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They sold me a car for $3,000 and TEN minutes after I drove off the lot, the check engine light came on. They typed up AND SIGNED a contract saying they would fix the issue and return the car to me. After "not seeing any problems", my car spent most of it's time in the shop and continuously broke down. When I went to the business to discuss that they were not holding up the contract, they threatened to call the cops and have me removed. While there, another customer came and told me they had also bought a car that the check engine light came on THE SAME DAY. These people are unreliable, and the cars do NOT run well. Even the gas station across the street said that a lot of customers buy cars that seem to be in great condition, that have major issues quickly after. I had told them I needed a safe car because I was far from my parents and in school. They had assured me that this car was safe. I almost failed a class due to how terrible this car ran. When it wasn't and I told them it kept breaking down and I had almost gotten hit on the freeway, SEVERAL TIMES. They kept insisting there was no problem. The boss was also always "gone", when the issues appeared and they never fully fixed my car for me. Again, I have a signed contract, service records, and voice recordings, and still a broken down car. DO NOT BUY HERE! You would be better just to rip your money up instead and be less frustrated in the process.

Son bought a truck here and did not receive full disclosure on the buyer's guide. Took it straight to a mechanic who said it was literally missing the exhaust system and needed over $3000 in repairs. After he contacted the dealership and said he was on his way back they closed the doors at 3pm on a Friday. Customer service, responsibility and ownership are much needed improvements.

Just bought my 2nd car from these guys. They have always been nothing but great to us! Have had my first car from them over 2 years and it is still going. Just decided to get a new one! These negative reviews are pretty sad when these people help so many people out. Prices are very affordable!

Bought a car from here. Had a few minor issues. Took it back and they were more than happy to take care of the issues for me. I love my Malibu and so grateful to the people here. They were very nice and helpful and provided me with a ride to and from while waiting on repairs to be made. Have always heard they are great and always willing to help! Approach nicely and you will find out people are more than willing to help!

Bought a car on Monday, now is falling apart and leaking fluid everywhere Tuesday morning. No power steering fluid, never changed oil (very low and dirty), brakes 99% gone, had to completely change the radiator fluid. I called and the owner questiond my attitude and refused a refund. I've been in law enforcement for 18 years, single dad, disabled vet, and I've never been treated this badly by anyone, ever. If I could give negative stars I would. No one should ever buy a car from these people. Complete Lemon.
