“We have always had good luck with Lowe's. They were kind enough to donate A considerable amount of free product to my son for his Eagle Scout project. None of the other businesses he talk to and give him anything. We have bought a lot of materials from them over the years and we are always please. They have cut wood for us. We bought appliances from them. We did have one appliance that we had issues with. We wanted to return it. At first we were told we could not but once we got the manager involved it was no issue whatsoever. We bought carpet there once and the installers were absolutely amazing. The carpet has been fantastic. The installers were polite professional and kind. He had me inspect the entire area to make sure everything was to my standards. He said he would redo anything on the spot that I was not happy with. Him and his crew had my entire large basement and steps done in five hours! it took the installers we hired from Home Depot to put carpet in just one bedroom 4 hours and they were not nearly as polite or professional. We have also had them install a vent hood over our stove. Again we were very pleased with the installer. Lowes is our go to home improvement store!”

“I am giving this St. Joseph,, MO, Home Depot Store five stars due to the Manager, Dale and the salesman, Carl who was also very helpful. I had a couple of issues, which were not the manager's fault, but only his position could resolve these issues. He calmly, professionally and efficiently took care of these issues. He actually went above and beyond. They will work with you on any issues and not stop until the customer is satisfied. All staff were so friendly and nice. I will definitely be shopping again at Home Depot in St. Joseph, MO! Thank you, especially Dale, Manager. You are awesome.”
