Called up there to inquire about a package I had received a notification for, stating that it had been dropped off at the office. I called the store to ask if it would be possible for me to pick up the item rather than wait to have it delivered due to the fact that i’d already been out and it would be nice to grab my package on the way home. Upon explaining this to the woman on the phone, she pauses and responds with, “Why, because you don’t want to wait for your package to be delivered?”. Why I need my package is none of your business. I figured one less package for a carrier would be helpful if nothing else. She was extremely rude upon answering the call and answering my question. According to other reviews aside from mine, others have experienced the poor customer service quality with who I would assume is the same individual or one alike. Obviously somebody needs to review proper customer service and satisfaction.

Very poor service, lady today was rude and not helpful. Would not even allow me time to pull up my tracking number, refused to do anything to attempt to locate my package that was tracked all the way to El Dorado facility, then nothing.

Every time I go to the post office it’s nothing but friendly and efficient. My questions are always answered and I was helped picking out stamps I like. I always look forward to seeing my postal service workers they make my day .

The auto mated service was horrible. Never get to talk a a human.

The staff at this post office have always seemed like they're doing their best to me, including during the most trying times of the pandemic when I could tell it was hard on them. The familiar faces really seem to know their stuff, and are always able to answer my questions.

This is a joke, if I call a phone number I shouldn’t have to answer a million questions just to talk to a real person. My 20 minute call would have been a 5 minute call if there wasn’t an automated service center. Do better

When I entered the post office, I wasn't addressed at all. The woman behind the counter never acknowledged that I was there. She just took my packages and processed them. When I was done, she never said a word, even when I said bye to her. The El Dorado post office has always been like this.

Whilst the world turns to ruin, a gal can’t even get a letter from her beloved without it taking well over a week. I still have not received said letter. We aren’t far apart. Each day i anticipate a letter and each day I am let down once again by the flawed system that is the post office… I just wanted some words on paper delivered to a box with my address on it…. Is that too much for a gal to ask for ?

I have lost 3 large packages (said they delivered but gps tag wasn’t at my house and obviously never arrived) and $500+ (In an envelope to Social Security no less) using this service in El Dorado, KS and they don’t care and wouldn’t do anything about it. Part of the reason I moved out of town.

Typical service I expect from a Federal Agency. Hands down the worst automated phone system in the world. Absolutely no way to talk to a real person in my local Post Orfice over the phone to sort out a problem. No I didn't misspell it.I have a fantastic mail carrier hands down always willing to do a little extra without even asking. So she gets 5 Stars! But the phone system....jeez.
