Pretty well organized and consistent. There is no place to test electronics though, and the prices are kind of high considering it’s all donated items. There are still plenty of cheap things, but some clothes were dollar store items or Shein/Temu items being sold for what they cost new.

I've spent a lot of money, in all honesty, about a $1000.00 dollars, since we move to ElDorado, 6 months ago.NOT ANYMORE! I've shopped there multiple times since the Covid pandemic started. I was asked to wear a mask I informed them, per my doctor, do to a medical condition I am un able to wear them. No problem.Today 09/29/20 at 3:55, I went in and was greeted without any mention of masks and went about my shopping. My husband came in and was informed that they require everyone to wear masks. He informed her he didn't have one. She didn't offer him one. Which if it's required they should be provided. She proceeded to tell him, VERY RUDELY I won't serve you if you don't have one. He informed me of what was going on and walked out. She then started to make comments about him, to other customers.

I walked in and this girl was getting kicked out because they didn't like her for some reason. I was trying to get stuff for a costume idea, but I kept getting glares and the staff was super over bearing on me and no other customer, and when I asked a question they where super rude and unhelpful.

Pretty basic Goodwill location albeit a rather small one. The folks working there were pleasant and the pace was clean and orderly. Not a bad selection for not being very large and the prices weren't bad either. The location is easy to find in the strip mall and easy to get in and out of.

This place is a wonderful asset to El Dorado. I can not go too much in to how they help at my work, but they do and go above and beyond in doing so. Please don't let immature smear campaigns influence your decisions.
