Must have 9 digit pick up number. They take at least 3 hours. Small gas station near by. Overnight parking on site. Typical Tyson. Truckers you'll stay over night. Lol

as soon as you hear about this place, run away and don't look back. it's a horrible place. I've been waiting 24 hours for the download and I still don't know how many hours I will have to wait.

I’ve tried two different calls to check on load in total has been over an hr and on hold . Neither call have I been able to reach anyone so now I have to drive up there . If you’re not going to answer the phone don’t tell drivers to call the number and accommodate us on your property .Update: Now that I’m get back to the office they are having a shift change. How convenient after you not answer the phone for the past hr .

Friendly guards/clerks/dock workers. Was able to park on-site overnight with my inbound load, but not sure if they’ll allow for people picking up. Bathroom/break room available 24/7

We come here, drop our trailers and then get kicked off the lot while we are waiting for our loads to get ready, like most Tyson facilities. Staff seems friendly and helpful enough. You have to call to check on your load to make sure its ready. Fortunately for me, my company sends me a message when the load has been billed and is ready. There is a very small truck stop 1.5 miles away with a scale and parking. Its a Shell company. Cost $15.00 dollars to park there. They have police and security patrols to make sure you pay.
