Great place, I do drop and hooks here and the load is usually ready early if not it’s always ready by DDT. They are very busy but still friendly and helpful. I love picking up here!

load had 30 hours window to load load didn’t get ready till the DDT and now it’s overweight on from the trailer been waiting for 4 plus hrs didn’t even start the rework only had to move couple of pallets from beck of the trailer

Come here often lady at the window with glasses and 2 color hair is always extremely nice greets you and helps you out makes sure you understand and gets you taken care of. Few months ago watched help an older man and took him out his papers since he couldn’t do the stairs. Wish all window people was like this we need more of it in this business! Us vets to this preciate it lots.

This place do not care about drivers time, DOT clock or about the drivers in general. They have a 12hr window to load your truck, so your appointment is just the start of the window for them. "Your load will not be ready until the supplies get here, usually at 8pm, and we got until tomorrow at 9am to load the trailer. But it would be done tonight." My appointment was at 1pm and got there at 11:30am. Drop trailer, bobtail out to gas station, come back at 10:30pm when my trailer was being pulled out of the door. "Ready" get my paper work, load is 46,205lbs... I tell them that if this is the weight, I am over weight and it needs to be corrected....
"We know, you will have to go to the gas station 1 mile away to weight the load, bring back the ticket and we will re do your trailer." Did just that, come back, drop the trailer... got a call at 7:50am that my load is ready, @44,600lbs.
So be ready to wait there, I was planning for a night drive and it didn't happened because of the shenanigans management does. The people who work there are really nice and apologetic, they are just following protocols put by their management / company.

The load was ready. Drop and hook so easy meat. Lot is big enough to not make it hard parking. Friendly peps so all good.

This place was the next worst thing, I checked in at 11 pm and 15 hours later they called me to pick up the papers and to my surprise the load weighed more than 45 thousand pounds, so I went and weighed it and in fact I was overweight, I came back and again to release the trailer and I think to wait another 15 hours again, I sincerely hope I don't have to return to this place

Loaded my load on the wrong trailer. 6 hrs later still haven't got it ready. They say don't know when it will be.

First time picking up a load from here. Load was scheduled to be picked up at 0700 hrs on 02-02-23 with a must depart date on 02-03-23 at 2000 hrs. I called around midnight on 020223. Guy said your load was not ready he said call around 3 am slept called at 3 a.m., and the same guy said its about 50 percent done they just went to break and should be ready around 530 am. Okay, cool, went back to sleep and called again at 530 am. The same guy again said. Yes, your load is ready. Come in at 6 a.m., and we will get you out. Honestly, the best tyson I've picked up from wish other tyson facilities were like this.
