“After talking about it for months I finally made it in and asked myself why the heck did I wait so long. Small quaint place with a great vibe. Love little local diners like this. Food didn't disappoint and Kelly the owner took the time to go over the menu with us first timers and check in on us personally after our food arrived. I had the tenderloin sandwich and fries special which was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu especially the K-32 burger. Owner also explained some of the specials that aren't on the regular menu so look forward to stopping in and trying some of those too! My co-workers all were excited I showed them this Edwardsville treasure and are looking forward to visiting again soon.”

“Fast, reliable, and professional. They messaged and called about a half hour before delivery inside our 4 hour delivery frame. When they arrived they were in and out within a half hour, removing old washer and dryer and installing new! I told my husband we aren’t buying used appliances again after such a smooth process!”

“At the Basehor, KS Post Office, there is a Postal Clerk who is the most delightful person to assist customers. Her name is Ms. Stacy Ussery. Ms. Stacey exemplifies what the customer service experience should be about. She is friendly, knowledgeable, takes her time with her customers, and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers’ needs have been met. She treats me like a person and not another quota to fill. It is such a joy to go into the Basehor Post Office and know Ms. Stacey is there with a welcoming smile to assist me and all her customers. She is a beautiful Ray of Sunshine, very rare to find these days. Ms Stacy, I see you and appreciate you more than you know. You deserve great Recognition and Reward!!! “This store has totally eliminated the need for me to have staff. It seems ridiculous but a small not for profit has the same needs as any other business and staff to assist with shipping, packaging, printing, proofing and packaging is very expensive. We simply cannot afford it. So, we did like the big guys, we outsourced. This store handles ALL of our needs with a smile. Even the ridiculous requests on a bad day. They take it with a smile and make it work. I cannot express our gratitude to Pam & Curtis Cooper for their dedication to this community. “5 stars for the Employees. They make this place awesome with there service and charisma. Although I have no respect for Fedex as a company I still appreciate the people that work here. After all the terrible experiences I've had at other FedEx locations it's a relief to find this place. When I first came here I was helped by Brandon he answered all my questions and helped with things he didn't even have to help with which surprised me. later I was helped by the manager and she also went out of her way to make sure everything was done right which I really appreciated.”

“BEST POST OFFICE BY FAR!!!!! I had to run by the USPS and ran by the Bonner location. I have to say that I Bonner Springs has the BEST staff hands down! I was greeted with a smile from both gentlemen when I opened the door, no line, and fully staffed! The man (dark hair with beard) was happy to help me, greeted me with a smile and had a genuine encounter with me. I absolutely love the good old fashioned customer service! Thank you!!!”

They didn't appear to be very busy at the time, she saw me walking to the door and met me, holding the door for me and my associate that had his hands also full of some packages that needed to be reshipped. “I'm giving this post office 5 stars, not to compare them to the Ritz, but compared to almost every other post office I've ever gone to. I started going to this post office and the difference is night and day. While this post office isn't always as roomy, there is typically at least 3 clerks at the counter and they are friendly, efficient, and keep the line moving fast. I just gave the Post office on Antioch near 127th street a one star review and will try to avoid that one as much as possible”

It is also a newer location, so they have automated doors. It’s not revolutionary, but still very nice.”

Unlike my experience at another location, the Parkville USPS staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. I went in for my passport renewal, and they immediately assisted me with care and professionalism.
They provided clear, accurate information, ensured I had everything I needed, and made the process quick and stress-free. The difference in service was night and day compared to other locations.
If you need anything done—especially passport services—this is the place to go. Shoutout to the Parkville team for their kindness, patience, and top-notch customer service! ?”
“I don't go to the post office very often but had a great experience at this particular branch. The line was very short and the man working the desk was very kind. And as far as the mailing service to my home - that's always been great too! I never have any issues with my mail being delivered. When a larger item is delivered, they always put it right by my door. And whenever I have something to be sent out, it's always promptly picked up as well.I read some reviews where people were disappointed that some days their mail was delivered later in the day. I don't see any problem with that. I'm sure certain days are busier than others or maybe the delivery person has variations in their schedule. See no problem with that at all & very happy with the service. Thanks!”
“I’ve been having to mail my son boxes to his duty station outside of United States… every worker at this post office is kind, patient and helpful every time I come in with 3-5 boxes to send. Even when someone is in lunch break and there are only 2 workers there and the line is out the door, everyone is treated kindly and not rushed.. the workers help each others out… this is a great post office!!!!!!!”
