“BEST POST OFFICE BY FAR!!!!! I had to run by the USPS and ran by the Bonner location. I have to say that I Bonner Springs has the BEST staff hands down! I was greeted with a smile from both gentlemen when I opened the door, no line, and fully staffed! The man (dark hair with beard) was happy to help me, greeted me with a smile and had a genuine encounter with me. I absolutely love the good old fashioned customer service! Thank you!!!”

“I have used a number of USPS locations around the metro with my job and this one tends to have the shortest line and the most helpful staff. Unlike another reviewer said, I have had someone answer the phone promptly all 3 times I've called (unlike the Union Station office, where I have never been answered).”
“I don't write many reviews, EVER, but after today, a HUGE shout out to Ms RACHEL!!! She is absolutely AMAZING, my package was misplaced (which has happened a few times with our mailman.) Said it was delivered in parcel locker at 11:52am. I checked at 3pm and NOTHING, I instantly panicked, called the 800 number and reported it. Then decided to call the local post office at 78th and state and Rachel was the biggest blessing EVER. When I tell y'all that this woman went above and beyond, she literally drove out to my townhouse in Piper, checked all the mailboxes, couldn't find it, then went to the other mail locker at the other side of neighborhood and SHE FOUND IT AND BROUGHT IT TO ME!!! This kind of stuff needs to be recognized and talked about, she's a literal earth angel. I cannot express how much that meant to me that she went out of her way to help me, and I never expected it. RACHEL you are amazing I hope you get a promotion, raise, everything you want because you deserve it. Thank you for being such an awesome person, more people need to strive to be like this woman!!!!”
“I’ve been having to mail my son boxes to his duty station outside of United States… every worker at this post office is kind, patient and helpful every time I come in with 3-5 boxes to send. Even when someone is in lunch break and there are only 2 workers there and the line is out the door, everyone is treated kindly and not rushed.. the workers help each others out… this is a great post office!!!!!!!”
“We have lived in the 6400 block of Larsen Lane in Shawnee, Kansas, for twenty years and receive our mail at home. The mail carrier we have now does an outstanding job of delivering our medications, packages and bills, every time, on time, with the utmost professionalism. As well as being incredibly efficient, he is always smiling and finds a way to make us laugh. As older folks, we appreciate his prompt, efficient and excellent customer service. He reminds us of the "old days," when mail carriers were like family. He makes us feel like we are his only customers on the block. Thank you, Sir.”
“Sheryl provided service for me, and she was the most friendly and helpful postal employee that I've ever encountered IN a post office. Further, the lady she helped before me was struggling with the permanent change of address process. Sheryl was gracious, patient and helped her to a level so far above what I'm accustomed to at a US Post Office...that it warmed my heart. “I don't go to the post office very often but had a great experience at this particular branch. The line was very short and the man working the desk was very kind. And as far as the mailing service to my home - that's always been great too! I never have any issues with my mail being delivered. When a larger item is delivered, they always put it right by my door. And whenever I have something to be sent out, it's always promptly picked up as well.I read some reviews where people were disappointed that some days their mail was delivered later in the day. I don't see any problem with that. I'm sure certain days are busier than others or maybe the delivery person has variations in their schedule. See no problem with that at all & very happy with the service. Thanks!”

“After talking about it for months I finally made it in and asked myself why the heck did I wait so long. Small quaint place with a great vibe. Love little local diners like this. Food didn't disappoint and Kelly the owner took the time to go over the menu with us first timers and check in on us personally after our food arrived. I had the tenderloin sandwich and fries special which was very good. Looking forward to trying other things on the menu especially the K-32 burger. Owner also explained some of the specials that aren't on the regular menu so look forward to stopping in and trying some of those too! My co-workers all were excited I showed them this Edwardsville treasure and are looking forward to visiting again soon.”
