“It’s only not a 5 star because the prices are pretty off the rails. I go here because they have tall sizes, which most retailers refuse to acknowledge. However, 200$ for 2 shirts, a pair of gym shorts, and some flip flops has me looking for other big and tall retailers.”
“I don't often leave reviews with my crazy busy schedule but I would be remiss if I did not take a moment to give a big shout out to the young man who helped my family and I in-store this past Saturday (I believe he said his name was Ethan). Ethan really went the extra mile and spent likely a total of 20-30 minutes helping me dig through the kids shelves looking for glow-in-the-dark high tops for my 6-year-old son. Ethan even went scouring through the back storage area for over 10 minutes and it paid off! He found the PERFECT PAIR!! Prior to this, he answered a bunch of questions about fit for me when looking at the men's shoes for my husband. All in all, we went in looking for one pair of shoes for my husband but we ended up buying FIVE PAIRS due to how amazing this employee was/is! If Ethan's manager/ boss is readying this... he deserves a raise/ promotion/ bonus! This young man exuded professionalism, care, courtesy, respect, and happiness working in this position. These qualities are not often seen in young people these days working in retail positions. So, this young man is extra special and deserves recognition for simply being awesome! Thanks Ethan. (P.S. - I hope I got his name correct! The young man was fairly tall and had very dark curly hair.)”

“Practically everything is 50-60% off but a lot of places at the Legend's are due to them being Outlets but Eddie Bauer has Large Tall in-store which is incredibly rare. I have to order the majority of my professional shirts online due to being 6'3 so actually having them on hand in sweaters, jackets, pants, long and short sleeve T-shirts will have me coming back for a long time.”

We originally went in for my significant other to get jeans - ended up buying a full outfit for me and his jeans! I tried on 15+ jeans and not once did Lindsay give up on me!! “We drove 40 minutes to see exactly the quality of the sweater material... this was for a birthday present! The color and feel were perfect but they were out of stock. No worries... it was in stock at the warehouse...we ordered it from the store and will get it in 7 days. Friendly, knowledgeable sales woman, neatly merchandized store... we will go back again. “I haven’t shopped at express in several years, but went with my partner yesterday to look for something for an event. The men’s section seemed to have more variety and stock in store than the women’s, but it was a weekend, and it may have been picked over. They have some nice colors and prints currently, but I wish more stores would carry petite/short sizing in store.”

The prices are much cheaper than upscale department stores, and their knockoff designer brands aren't that bad. Look for yourself, and you be the judge. It was my first time visiting this place, and I would definitely come back!”

“Seemed like a nice store. The only reason I took off a star is they don't really carry clothes I think I would wear. Also some of the shirts look super soft and comfy but then when you feel them they are super scratchy itchy.”
“I was looking for a swimsuit, and I was lucky enough to find one for 30% off. I tried it on and it was a perfect fit! While the line to checkout was a bit long, it really took less than 10 minutes to get to the register. As soon as I got there, I was greeted by man named Mikey and he was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work and I will be back!”
“I had a damaged sweater given to me foe Christmas and they were able to provide a full refund. And while it was a seasonal item. They assisted in finding me the same sweater online which was on clearance. I ended up saving 18.00 after the extra customer service provided.”

She was patient and friendly even though it appeared to me that they were short staffed...like most places. “I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”
