The Shawnee location sold me a Lexus that was not inspected. They had no problem fixing the issue. Even shifting the cross member . But I'm still having handling issues more so on the highway .I've taken it to several local shops they tell me nothing is wrong. One place told me it's the axle which the Shawnee dealership took care of it . But my issue is the car was not serviced before it being sold . Now after all repairs and on car I'm told my axle is ok . So if that's the case then my car is still being affected by the caster on the driver side wheel. The cross member was shifted by the dealership ,but I still feel the steering wheel being loose and wanders and when going over small bumps and holes in the ground the wheel hops/vibrates. So I then tried to see if maybe I could trade it but was told to take my car else where due to the history of the car . I guess the car I happened to choose slipped thru the cracks and was sold with out being serviced upon sale .

Purchased my last car in 2008 so wasn’t sure what to expect of the car buying experience 2023.Phil in Sales was fantastic to work with. He was very personable, easy to work with and not at all pushy.Kelly in Finance was also incredible. She was very very personable, knowledgeable, able to provide multiple options and answer all my questions. (She also has an amazing singing voice!)I would recommend CCW to anyone looking for an enjoyable, hassle-free car buying experience.

Looking for a new vehicle is stressful. It's important to find a dealership/salesman that is honest, hardworking and reliable. That's Jeff Massey. From day 1 he was quick to respond and make things happen. He is genuine and a text away. I have never had better service or felt more comfortable buying a car. What a fantastic experience. I don’t love going into car dealerships, but this was different than previous experiences. It was a very transparent and painless process.Hoss was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with getting me the best deal for my trade-in and purchasing one of their cars. I was in and out within a few hours, and I am obsessed with my new car. I would consider buying again at this location in the future.

Just bought a car from here on 6/24/23 and very happy with everything. No pressure to buy anything, no one followed us around the lot , got a 2016 buick and it is a very nice car. The people were great and a very easy transaction

We drove 4 hours to pick up car and it was an amazing experience! It was just as they said it was, they were very nice and helpful, and they were very organized operation! I would not hesitate to drive three hours to buy my next car! Great experience top to bottom!

It was a pleasure working with Jeff Schleicher. He saw me as a person and I enjoyed our chats.Last 2 months of searching for a vehicle was a nightmare. I contacted several dealerships which lead to vehicles being sold and not being notified after driving quite a long way twice! We bought 2 cars now from Jeff “big Jeff” Schleicher. He has been great both times and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. He is very friendly and doesn’t come off as if he is trying to sell you something if you don’t like it. He seems to care that you are happy with whatever you decide to purchase. Overall my experience from beginning to end was great both times with Jeff and the whole CCW crew.
