This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!! They don’t care about their customers or employees. Theona James who is supposed to be Hr is probably the worst human there. She needs to be fired. She is the reason this company will fail. She is a horrible horrible person who likes to target employees who have disabilities. She is the reason they have such a high employee turnover rate and why every single good employee that has worked there for years has left.

The website decides when to work and when it’s not. The customer service takes ages to get somebody to respond. You guys need to know that when mess things up, we mess up. After 7 years ordering from your company, this is the time to switch to a better business that provides better services and better prices, and a working website.

The the guy who works at receiving department, is the worst to talk to he’s rude and and just hang up on me when I ask him for a Purchase order number from a package that was delivered. I think his name is Ali.
