What kind of store doesn’t offer a refund if an item doesn’t fit? I had to get store credit. ? I didn’t like the way they presented the return policy to me as a first time customer (it came across rude and snotty). Swapped my pants out for a different set, but I will not be back after this.

Always smiling. Always helpful. Always bringing new things to our small community. These gals never give up on me, even when I can’t figure out their app (it’s actually easy, I’m just one of a kind ?). Annnd, their live shows are pretty funny and entertaining. 5 stars from our whole dang fam.

I have tried to resolve an issue, but to no avail. I ordered online from a live sale, off the app. My current address and my billing address are both correct on the account, and indications from my Shop app and emails from the store telling me first that they received my order, then that they shipped the order, and finally that the order was delivered ALL indicated my current address. The problem lies in the fact that I work out of town, serving as a hospitalist, caring for covid and other patients in CCU and med/surg units. I am out of town 1-5 weeks at a time. When I returned home and did not find the package there, I contacted the store. That’s when I was notified that the package was delivered to my former address, which I had moved from in March 2020. The explanation: “Unfortunately we have no human control over our (computer) system, which did not recognize your new address.” They shipped and delivered everything to the address I moved away from in March 2020. Because 30 days had elapsed (while I was out of town working), they refuse to refund my money, since they can’t locate the package that they delivered to the wrong address. I love their merchandise, but I won’t be shopping there anymore.

Every time I buy a pair of shoes from here they fall apart very quickly. Most of the time the customer service is good, but there are timesThat it really isn’t. I really don't recommend buying shoes from here, since I don’t have any experience buying clothes from here I can’t give any feedback. Just be really careful buying shoes here.
