This place sold me a 2012 Ford Focus, they acted like all was good and well on the car, 3 months later and I have thousands of dollars worth of repairs, this is a terrible place to buy a car from they are a joke and I would definitely not recommend

Went on the 29th of March to look at a truck asking price was $8995 I never tried to talk them down on the price the salesman ask me if I had money down I said yes $1000 he said come in and ran my credit then returned with the numbers made copies of my info check stubs DL and his info we agreed that I would return on Monday with the money and everything that was needed to make the deal go thru. Show up Monday morning put down deposit and was told I would receive a call that never happen when I finally got a call it was to say it was denied because of my credit really it's a buy here pay here lot credit wasn't that bad if I had great credit I wouldn't have went to that kind of lot score was 600. That was good enough but my skin tone was wrong I should have known when I went to Applebees and 10 people were there and they didn't want to seat me Wow thanks for the welcome

Had such a good experience with this dealer! Won't be going back to big money grubbing dealerships! Coltin was amazing from helping us get out of a bad deal and giving us a great deal! Wayne the salesman made us feel super comfortable and positive as well! All around good people!

Wonderful outcome to a surprising day! My husband and I were wanting to get a new car, but did not know where to start since we have been given rough deals in the past. Just happened to drive by and the salesman waved us over. This wonderful man led us to a 2015 black Jeep Patriot. We fell in love, but again.. were hesitant. We were up front and honest with the owner and he was able to get us out of a car we still owed sooo much on and help us finance this beautiful Jeep which was an amazing deal! We were treated with respect and felt so comfortable with all staff! Coltin was so helpful and made this (one time stressful) experience simple! Ask for Wayne as well! In the future we will definitely be doing business with Ghumms Auto!

Bought a 2010 F150 from this joke of a place. Being my first financed vehicle, I figured I would be taken care of. I was mistaken. I was unable to drive the vehicle unless I was accompanied by a salesman, and was treated like a crook the whole time. I went ahead and bought the vehicle and as I was signing papers, after they ran my credit EIGHTEEN times, I was informed about rust on the bottom of the vehicle. Of course they wouldn't fix the issue but instead handed me 6 cans of black sealant and told to get after it. Two weeks after owning the vehicle, my AC blower went out and instead of replacing it, the mechanic epoxied the basket on the blower which didn't last 2 days. Frustrated, I went online and ordered one myself and replaced it. About 3 months later the vehicle developed a tick and now I am facing a $4000+ repair bill. I would not recommend ever doing business with these people, and I can guarantee the will never see another dime from me.
