The staff were both very polite and professional. I was in and out within 5-10 minutes.

Not the most accurate when it comes to mail delivery. Mistakes will happen, but this is getting ridiculous. The clerk’s are great. Very helpful. Management, not so much. Merry Christmas!!

I have a letter that's been sitting on my bix for the mail man to grab and for has refused to do so for three days now. I am trying to be nice and not go off on the mail, but it is getting harder to do so. I will give it one more day and then, I will.not be so nice

I dread when I purchase something and it says it will be delivered by the Derby Post Office. And, as usual, a weekend delivery was mis delivered to my neighbors. I'm thankful there are still honest people and he brought it to my house. The attention to detail is seriously lacking with this post office. Do better!!

I live well within the city limits and recently discovered for some odd reason my neighborhood is serviced by Rural Mail Carriers. The problem with that is 1: they don't wear uniforms and don't always use postal trucks. 2: They mis deliver our mail a LOT, like 4 days a week. They get paid by route so they really rush (The Greens Mail person is Terrible) At least we all get to meet each other to find our correct mail. My friends and relatives elsewhere in Derby areas serviced by City Mail Carriers (paid by the hour) are very happy with their service. So 5 stars for City Mail Folks and 1 Star for the Rural Folk.

This is for the USPS in general. No specific branch.I went online to do a temporary address change. The USPS charged me 99.95 for this action. It never said I would be charged this amount. I am beyond mad at this point.

Not a good post office. They tell you they’ll fix an issue and repeatedly fail to follow through. I finally gave up due to ongoing home delivery issues and rented a private box at the UPS Store.

I rarely write poor reviews on anything, but today's interaction really did not sit well with me. Yesterday, I was unavailable to receive a package that needed a signature. This package had been in the mail for over two months coming from an international address. When I took my re-deliver slip to the post office, I was informed that the package had been "Returned to Sender" due to it being accidentally marked as an "Insufficient Address." Apparently, they had hired a substitute driver that made some mistakes and marked it wrong. When I asked if they could stop the delivery from being sent back out of the US, I was basically told that they could not do anything, but would try. I called the national USPS phone number and was told that they also could not do anything even though the package is currently somewhere in the US. I do appreciate the professional interaction I had with the individuals at this post office today though. Mary, the manager is trying to track down the package and has been the most helpful. I don't have any real issue with the people that work there, but the USPS system as a whole seems to be pretty broken right now. I will update this post if anything changes.UPDATE: No one was able to stop it from being returned before it left the US. 3 weeks later and we are still waiting for the sender to receive it back.

In the past 7 days, they’ve “lost” 3 packages. You go and try to see why, “there’s nothing we can do here”. All of my packages say delivered in my mailbox but there’s never anything there. Its getting expensive and inconvenient trying to replace something you can’t get in stores.Edit: the new mail carrier accidentally put my mail in my neighbors box(we have a parcel). After I brought it to their attention, they reached out and fixed the problem!
