“Took my fiance boots he got from Red Wing here to get the soles replaces. Not only were they super friendly and decently priced they got them in and out in less then 2 weeks. Not to mention the sole was better quality material then the original sole that came on them. They also hand stitched the toe on the boots and cleaned and polished them for what I would consider a very great price. They gained our buisness and would highly recommend them to anyone.”
“Carla was so knowledgeable about everything. Our daughter’s wedding reception was the next day and Carla steamed the pants and shirt we bought. I was so impressed with her knowledge of everything in the store and told her so and she told us about the training she received. So smart to train your employees well. “My first time visiting this beautiful boutique was for a fashion show that was held in the space. It’s right in the mix of Naftzger Park and is a dope place to definitely stop in and look around at - especially if you’re into shoes. I’m not even a shoe fanatic and I couldn’t stop looking at the vast selection that they have. Not to mention, the owner is only 23?! What a blessing! God is truly amazing!
They also have shoe cleaning services and you can buy, sell, and trade here so it’s an all-in-one shop. Stop by sometime!!”

“Went in with my mom to get her some work shoes and she found what she was looking for quickly. Then she told me that she’d like to find another pair like ones she had so I took one of her shoes to the 2 employees at front. One employee immediately handed the shoe to the other like she was Master Yoda and she literally walked over to the shoes and found them without a skipped step like the Sketchers Whisperer, it was actually phenomenal and funny all at once. Kudos to her for knowing that store like the back of her hand. Kudos to them for being of service and kind the entire time. I don’t wear Sketchers personally but if I did, I would shop here, and my mom absolutely loves them!”
“I just found the cutest custom shoes at the absolute best place ever!!! Ms.. Aida was so helpful and made sure I found the perfect pair. I love the fact that I have a pair of sneakers that are limited addition and handmade with lots of love! They are super stylish and I have gotten so many compliments. Go see her!”
“The Buckle is one of my favorite places for jeans. I recently bought a pair that needed to be altered on the length. Usually we are able to order my size online, but this style doesn't come in the length I need. Alterations are free, so that wasn't an issue, but a bonus. The issue was, I bought the jeans out west. I didn't ask how long the alterations would take, but I called a week later to see if they were done. The sales associate found them in back, still not altered. I was informed they needed to be taken to the east location to be altered. The associate said she could take them that night, as she lived on the east side and would be glad to do it. I was pleased again. Five days later I got a call from the east store that they were ready to be picked up. I did then have to drive to the east side to get them. I just wish the associates would have explained the process so I would have known what to expect. I do love my jeans though!”

“The boot sale is what brought me in, the clearance selection was what made me stay.One pair of Bearpaw boots I wanted didn't have the right size but the awesome employee made me aware that she can order them and have them sent to me free of shipping. They arrived at my house 3 days later!!For disliking shoe shopping, this gal left the store with 4 pairs of shoes and one on the way. 2 boots on sale, 1 pair of discounted crocks, 2 clearance sandals and 1 can of waterproofing spray. Think I am set for a while.”

I found something on their website and was delightfully surprised that it was in stock in the size I needed when I went to see the outfit in the store. In other words, their online inventory tracker is accurate with what they’ve got available in store. I did have trouble getting help, which is why I deducted a star.”
