“In the past 7 days, they’ve “lost” 3 packages. You go and try to see why, “there’s nothing we can do here”. All of my packages say delivered in my mailbox but there’s never anything there. Its getting expensive and inconvenient trying to replace something you can’t get in stores.Edit: the new mail carrier accidentally put my mail in my neighbors box(we have a parcel). After I brought it to their attention, they reached out and fixed the problem!”

“When I review something I rarely give the top score. That is unless it is truly deserved. If I were rating our shipment and driver yesterday on a score of 1 out 510. You and he would get a solid 5! We received the shipment very fast. Your driver (Partrick) was well dressed, smart, personable, and conscientious. We received a call the day of delivery from the driver to verify where he was to deliver our package. He was 2 miles away and If he had trusted only GPS our package would have been delivered to the wrong address. I appreciate him noticing that something was not right and using the phone to verify. “The best FedEx location in Wichita, on Kellogg Drive heading east, shortly before Rock Road They have been incredibly helpful here with anything I’ve ever used them for, mostly being printing needs. I’ve received premium and professional customer service from the staff and this location is more spacious than other places like it. I recommend this print and shipping center to all of Wichita.”
“Received notification of a parcel in my cluster box and the key provided did not open the parcel box. Call the PO and was told they would check it out. Just received a call from the Andover Post Office that they had hand deliver the package to my door. Great service!!”

“I’m not sure which postal service this kind mailman worked for, but he saw that I was struggling getting up my stairs since I just had surgery on my foot and had a cast. He offered to help and I probably would have never made it to my house without him. I just hope he gets a raise.”
“Thanks to Frances she put me at ease with the rerouting of my package. She set up to have my package transferred to another location, so I could pick it up as soon as possible. “I use a walker and ramp very easy to use. I do wish there was a handicapped door that would stay open for a little bit though. Doors were hardest to navigate.
