The ladies working at the Sherwin -Williams store in Derby Kansas are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with smiles. They worked so hard to match our paint for us. We appreciate their patience and dedication!

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. A lady with heavy body description was extremely rude for no reason to my husband. He was sent by his employer today 06/08/24, to buy paint and when the paying card had trouble getting through she expressed herself by being so demeaning towards my husband and specifically told him “To get out of her store she didn’t want him in there for being difficult” He got out of there and immediately called me that he’d never been treated that way and felt embarrassed he didn’t understand if the employee got mad cause his English wasn’t very good. This establishment needs to do better at training their employees to have better customer etiquette and more patience to those who are trying their best to speak the English language.

They are extremely helpful and you don't have to wait in a long line for your paint to be mixed and they help you understand the different variations in types of paint.

Every other store was out of the base paint that I needed. With 7 painters waiting at my house, Brian was generous enough to stay open a little later for me to drive from Wichita. I’m super thankful, the customer service was amazing!

Maybe I interrupted the guys business. I walked in with a can of paint in hopes of buying another can. All the associate could do was tell me “ There is a paint shortage!” When I asked if he has a comparable product, his response was “ I can sell you anything you want!” Obviously, I didn’t go to college or tech school so I am nowhere smart enough to know one paint from the other, so I decided to go somewhere in which customer service is still a in play.

We haven't actually been able to do any business here, we went in to get paint samples but we were informed that they don't have any sample sizes as the foney-baloney perndermic? apparently has interrupted the production/delivery of their supplies. Obviously not these folks' fault and they were pleasant about it all so no problem, we'll wait just like everyone else ?
