I just love diva nails. This is the only place I go to get my nails done. They know me by name and greet me every time I come in. They always do a fantastic job. I have never had any complaints about diva nails.

I always come here... not anymore... i came in with my daughter two days ago for a regular pedi, it was her first time. Now two days later and four trips up here after being told it would get fixed right away I'm still waiting for my toes to get repainted!!! I'm never coming back!

This is the third time I have come to get a pedicure because I have a gift certificate that cannot be used at any of the other Regal Nails, and your store is closed early by almost an hour. No one at Wal-Mart knows why you are closed early either.

Kim did my ped.he did a very good job and was very nice young man and he Spock English clear that made it really nice to. When i called before to ask prise a woman answered and u could not understand her and she did not understand me i didn't like that. it seamed like he was the only one that did understand me well. I will go back because i liked him and the prise was fare.

I have been looking for a nail salon that i like in Derby. I have tried some other places in Derby but did not like them. I believe with Regal Nails I have found the salon I like. Very friendly and pleasant. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied when you are done. I felt very relaxed. They put all their attention on who they are waiting on. Take their time to make sure it's what you want. I will definitely go back.

I give it a 3 because the guy who did my nails was nice and awesomme and very considerate of my being on crutches. However when non of them spoke english to each other in front of the customers.. Also when the nail technian did my nails he offer to do a free design on two of my nails. I loved it and it was very considerate of him after i told him I couldnt spend the money. So when he offered and did it and i exclaimed it was beautiful and I loved it the younger female nail technian then made fun of me. I could tell by the fact she mocked me in english on what I said and did. So idk if I will be coming back or not

I will give the staff the benefit of the doubt and say they were friendly in my first visit. This was my first time in their salon. The very next day of getting them done I had a total of 6 nails crack on me. Went back and had them redone. They made them lumpy and uneven, I was beside myself upset and just wanted to leave. I left it alone and just dealt with the unevenness. However, another couple days go by and now two more nails cracked and one of my tips chipped off. I go back and tell them I just want my money back so I can go have my usual tech fix them. No, can't do that. I am TEXTING their manager and he tells me we think we know what happened. The color is not right for you or the nails were too long, really? As I am standing there of course you know they are know talking about me and laughing at me, unprofessional! Let me ask you something would you care to sit in a salon for another hour a THIRD time in a WEEK in hopes they get it right this time while they talk about you and make you even more upset? I know I sure DID NOT!!! I will never go back to the derby regal nails...ever!!! For some reason it says I am in California. This is in derby Kansas!
