3.5 stars is more accurate but I'll be loyal and go with 4 instead of only 3. It would be 5 stars if the touch-less car wash wasn't so often broken down, but even when it's working, it doesn't get my car fully cleaned and rinsed. Also, the air dry is set too short on timing and could be aimed at the vehicles a little better. Still , a decent option compared to using a different one that will damage my paint job and ceramic coating, when I can't just hand wash it myself. I'll still use this place and hopefully they sort out the issues. If not, I have no doubt it will have competition in Derby sooner than later for those of us who need touch-less only.

The manual car wash is ridiculous. 25c for 15 seconds. By the time the water comes on I already feel like they stole from me. The brush hardly has any soap and takes even longer to turn on. It takes like 3.50 to turn the wash on. Didn't have enough to even wash off the soap and the brush looks like it hasn't been replaced in a long time. No attendant to get change for a $20. Ended up having to use the automatic wash for another $7 which still leaves soap suds all over. Badically wasted $12 and I'll have to wash it again. Why does the manual wash cost as much as the automatic? I won't be returning, I feel like I was taken advantage of.

The Fire & Ice club wash claims to have a touchless option, but it seems identical to the light touch option (it does touch your car).
Almost a month after buying the monthly club, I actually felt the "touchless" spinning brush push my car a little on the hood. No dents but a few new paint chips.
The automatic wash does not uniformly soap and rinse the back, so my car always has streaks in the back afterwards. Soap/wax tends to collect behind my windshield wipers.
If you want spot-free, bring a squeegee or a microfiber cloth, skip the air dryer, and wipe windows/mirrors/body yourself.

Although the price recently increased for the top tier soft touch wash, it appears to have been worth it. It appears the wheels turned out much cleaner than before. I prefer this wash over the big chain washes on Rock Road. It's fully automated and you don't have to worry whether your tip was enough for the attendees.

To say that the vacuums suck would be a compliment. So no, they don't suck. They don't suck the dirt like they're supposed to. After trying 3 vacuums and lost of $2, the third vacuum was acceptable. There are lots of competition on this street for car washes and plenty of sucky vacuums that come free with a car wash!

Got most of the dirt off but left hard water stains on all my windows and mirrors. I did touchless and the 2nd best one ($12), that includes spot free rinse. That picture below is after it dried. I'll have to wash my truck again ?

I just went thru carwash, door opened , entered, then the 2nd door opened! Told me to exit!! Ugh I waited and went back a little , but NOTHING! So I called the phone number on the door, it said “enter access code” so I just wasted $12!! I’m so disappointed! I’m going to try and get my $$ back! My truck is still dirty!

Every time I try to come to this place I either don't get the car wash I already paid for or the carwash doesn't even clean my vehicle. I had to then go to the self clean and wash my vehicle and get the soap off from when I went through the auto wash.

I have been to many car washes. Panther car wash stands out above the rest for the following reasons:
1. Clean environment
2. Friendly staff, specially the manager
3. You made me feel welcome as a customer
4. My car looks great each and every time!
