Do better, Lowe's.
After purchasing several hundred dollars worth of materials for a project, we had a small bag of items to return. We arrived at 5pm on a Wed night. Seven people in line for returns, five in line for pickups. ONE associate working both lines! I only come here to leave a negative review because this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I'm sorry Lowe's, but with $1B profit last year, I'm sure you could find some folks to fill these roles for a living wage. These home improvement stores have gotten rich from all of us weekend warriors. You'd think they could at least provide decent customer service. Do better.

This store is the worst of all the lowes I have been to check in at 7am he told me to just pull on down to the other end so rudely only truck here and it is 8:52am and still no one come out to unload me went to see what was going on and he says your appointment is 9am talk about some lazy people they need people that want to work not ones here for a check only and here it is 9:10am and still waiting 9:15 they started will see how long it takes 9:30am unloaded and they made me wait that long lowes should think about replacing employees so pathetic

We ordered a dishwasher to be delivered and installed. We received our dishwasher like was stated but had to wait another week to get it installed because lowes did not have us set up for installation. Super frustrating. Finally we got it installed and the young man was super fast and did a great job. Thank you Logan. NOT happy with lowes though.

My husband and I came here to get some carpet for our home. We have a baby on the way and so much to do before his arrival, and carpet was one of the big things on our checklist. We picked the carpet and set up a time for someone to come measure our rooms. We live in a rural area, so we had to pay $85 in mileage which wasn’t a big deal. Someone came to measure our rooms and I was told someone would call us with a quote in a few days. Over a week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called. The worker apologized and said he would have someone get back with me with a quote ASAP. Another week went by and I didn’t hear anything. I eventually got an email from Lowe’s asking me to “rate my experience.” It also said that their records indicate that we “declined the quote”, which is impossible because we never even got one. It sounds like someone was being dishonest because they didn’t want to do the job. In the end, we paid $85 just to get left high and dry. We decided to go with a different business to do our carpet job because we are running out of time and luckily, this other business has been amazing to work with. So if you’re looking at having carpet done, skip Lowe’s unless you want to be scammed and ghosted.

Fairly certain that was my last trip to this store. Went in for a pressure washer advertised on their site for 199 with a foam cannon, found the pressure washers without the foam cannons for the same price, got the attention of the girl working the area and she starts with some snarky comment about nothing better to do than sweep the floor and dust the grills, I asked about the cannon, she advised it was a online deal, or something to that effect, but online the same item without the cannon was 10 bucks cheaper. I specifically wanted the one with the cannon. I showed her on the website how it was available for pick up at that store and she wanted to argue it wasn't available there and very unhelpful. I didn't care if I had to assemble it or not, (the ones at this store were already assembled) not wanting to argue with someone intentionally being unhelpful and rude, I left, went across town to lowes west store, and picked up the exact thing advertised on the website, go figure.
