This place is the 2nd worst gas station in Derby, with Casey's on Rock Rd taking #1 spot. I have pulled into this place twice over the past year to find they have rebooted their pumps in the middle of the afternoon, and they cannot be used. Who wants to stand there and wait 5+ minutes while the pumps load up? Not me. This morning I pulled in to get gas before work and the screen said 'Please Pay Inside'. Tried to use my card and it just beeped at me. Nope. Once again, Quik Trip is the gold standard when it comes to pretty much every measurable category in quality and service. The other gas stations on Rock are miles behind them. I'd rather stop at the rinky-dink Phillips 66 on Kay street- at least they have working gas pumps.

Don't go to this place there food is out dated have the time an there gas pumps don't work right I mean some of the guys that work there are nice friendly but one is not they call her kp so please just stay away from there

Very pleasant staff they are always smiling. The store is always clean and well stocked. corporate response is really the downfall when the registers mess up or other issues out the the employees' hands.

I like this location! Reason being, there’s personality here, usually on the later day shift, the three people I like interacting with while checking out do seem concerned on how my day was. I’m in my lower 30’s and do appreciate the younger generation here.

They know there is a glitch in paying at pump but they refuse to put a sign up so they make it where they help you pay at pump but then it cancels and credit card hold your money 3or 4 days they know there is a problem but continue make sure to tie your card up anyway I ask for a sign to be put up because while I was there it happened to 3 other people 4 days later I. Still did not get my 50 back and I only wanted 20 in gas don't got to the one on rock Rd and meadow rock manage does not help

Most of the employees here have been really nice but I got the ugliest, most rude demeanor/look from a middle aged woman today that was working as I was leaving. Don’t be in customer service if you can’t maintain a good attitude! Time was 6:00 pm on a Monday.

Bad customer service more on their phones and cant break Bill's should just put up a sign that says only twenty. Wonder why Casey is better.

Car wash is a ripoff won't let you use dillions discount card at the pumps or inside over heard manager threatening to fire weekend employee for not wearing a hat when the manager and other employees are not wearing them either very unprofessional made me uncomfortable.
