My mom was at my apartment with my sick daughter and there was a water leak and she called the front desk, within minutes maintenance was there and had the water cleaned up before I even got home from work! Anytime I’ve had an issue they’re there immediately! 10/10 recommend!

This is a great place to stay! Staff is nice. Apartments are great. Maintenance is fast when you need to put a request in for any issues for your apartment. The only thing you won't like is the people who drive around here. Speed limit is 10mph but sometimes you will see people going at least 45mph . Be careful. But other then that this place is wonderful!

Delivering to this complex is the worst. Most of the building numbers are behind trees, and they are too high to read at night if they are unobstructed. Maybe move your building numbers so people can actually read them.Speaking of night time, maintenance is severely lacking on their upkeep of the security lighting. Parking lot lights as well as non resident building lights go unreplaced for too long. With this complex taking in over $400,000 in rent every month people driving/walking around in the dark should never be an issue.

Reviewing from my boyfriend’s account because I do not have Gmail. Had a good experience staying here. Maintenance was always quick to fix things. The only thing I would recommend to do is not clean when you leave. We spent hours cleaning the apartment to still be charged a cleaning fee and get very little back from the deposit.

Was great for a year. New neighbors are loud, inconsiderate, and many people staying in a two bedroom that violates the lease agreement. I've complained to management and they have only addressed a few issues with new neighbors across from us but now don't seem to care about breaking noise ordinances or lease violations. Even at the cost of us suffering from what use to be peaceful and pleasant to live. So we're likely leaving because it's not worth the headache when management won't don't anything. Find somewhere else, the people they let move in is not worth it.

More street lights throughout the whole apartment duplex so for the those who can’t see the numbers at night can see the numbers better when there’s more light

Friend lives here, 700 for a single bedroom apartment with appliances included isnt bad, quit neighbors and kept very clean

Maintenance guys were rock stars. They responded quickly, did the job right, they knew what they were doing, they respected I had a dog so they didn't enter in the daytime when I wasnt home, they waited until 4 when I was off work. The apartments are older so the windows are in need of repair big time. I had snow and ice on the inside in the winter and water and mildew in the fall. Not to mention ants coming in through the cracks. But maintenance did their best. They were on top of the requests and on schedule with inspections and filter changes. The office manager is very knowledgeable and considerate.

The older lady when I walked before asking for my name asked where I currently live when I told her she said Craigslist is probably something I could afford. The sister apartments were much nicer and she was a down right rude person.
