Just a drop off location. No fedex materials on site. Had to drive up rock

No fedex materials on site and no one to help with fedex. Apparently not a fedex drop station. They have a sign but employee says box was removed with all materials

Customer service is excellent the moment you walk in, your greeted or acknowledged. I appreciate there care handling of my packages.
