Worse place ever everyone has an attitude was told to come at 4 for testing came 20 mins before and was told I can’t test cause they close off at 4. When I asked why was my appointment made by the employee for 4 of test stopped at 4 she told me she (her coworker) didn’t do it. Ma’am you were even here that day. Fix your employees attitudes

I’ve been to this DMV multiple times and each and every time I’ve gone the staff is the most miserable and horrible people I have ever interacted with. I’ve come to the conclusion that these miserable souls have chosen their only source of pleasure to be vexing the joy out of each and every one of their clients. This place has the worst customer service ever.

The ladies at the front counter are so rude right from the start. I made an appointment for tag renewal but somehow it put me in for DL. They acted like it was my fault and got an attitude because the lady had to repeat herself. The staff at the east Kellogg tag office were way nicer to me and they have way more people to take care of. If you hate your job don’t take it out on the customers.

Since I already have a "real ID" with the ☆ designation the streamline process was a breeze. Had my new license in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very courteous and efficient at the Derby office.

Yes I called before I went down to the office and they told me what to bring and I brought that. When I got down there they would not accept what they had told me to bring they need to get their information correct and stop lying to people and wasting their time and gas. Call two other driving offices told me the same thing and I went to one of them and got my license replaced

Very rude staff dealing with costumers. They don't listen to what you have to say and slow to process information. Their manager also very unhelpful and support the miscommunication that happens with her staff

I was glad to be able to make an appointment to register a vehicle, but was shocked, I tell you, when I looked at all the extra fees they have attached to the registration bill. It looks like a phone or a cable bill. Lets list a few: You are told you can't pay with cash but they put a fee on using a credit card, we get to pay to train the staff and to modernize the office, isn't that what our tax is supposed to be used for? I am lucky to have had a credit card because after already having to pay sales tax they added property tax and all these fee and the amount was more cash than I had on me.I don't even want the burden of owning a car, but they make the public transit unusable on purpose so you don't have a choice.

The lady at the front desk by the name of heather has no business working where she deals with customers. She was very rude from the very start and seemed to take great pride in her absolutely horrible customer service skills. I will never ever deal with a person so utterly lousy at a job she should never be in. She needs to be fired. If I can find the right people to talk to she won't treat another client like she did my daughter and I for no reason.

Going to the dmv is bad enough but when you have to deal with rude employees that have absolutely no effort to help, it’s even worse. Didn’t make any effort to try to help, took one look at my required documents and rudely expressed they “couldn’t” do anything. This doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst public service I’ve ever experienced.

I tried getting my ID from the Derby office, but was turned away multiple times for reasons that didn’t make sense. Eventually I gave up accommodating when everything I tried was wrong, so I went to the Andover office and got my ID within an hour with all the same documents that Derby turned me away for. Highly recommend not even giving this place your business, and heading over to Andover for an easy, enjoyable experience.

This is your sign to go to the Andover DMV! The lady at the front desk is rude and does not give clear instructions on the driving test. Employees are cranky.
