The people here are awesome. I had 2 of the 4 ports (the ones for the garage door safety sensors), go out on an 09 garage door motor. This is a very rare occurrence. When I explained what was going on Tim had never heard of it before. He drove out to my house on his break, free of charge, to confirm that what I thought was wrong with the chip was actually wrong with it. This took place on a Thursday. Tim immediately went back to derby overhead, searched up the part I needed, ordered it and had it for me on the following Tuesday. This is a great place to go for all garage door needs or accessories!

Were at our house within 30 of calling them. Diagnosed problem, went to pickup parts and back in another 30 min. Completed job in 1 hour. Sensor was out so had to replace opener and everything that goes with it. Very fair price, and exceptional customer service. Will definitely recommend.

Brandon came out the same day last week and repaired a broken tension spring and replaced the old one not broken within 30 minutes. Garage door works great again. Support this local business! These guys are amazing!

We had a spring break on our garage door over Memorial Day Weekend. We called on Tuesday and they sent their repairman Brandon out within the hour. He got us fixed up quickly, he was a very nice and friendly guy, explaining everything that we needed to have done. We highly recommend Derby Overhead Door Company

The Derby Overhead crew is top notch and easy to work with. They arrived early for their appointment and got straight to work. The install was seamless and the cleanup was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who needs maintanence, new garage doors, or just new parts.
