Joe is the worste. My wife explained something to him on the phone 4 times in a row. At that point I took the phone and said I'm going to talk now and explain it. He then hung up on me. I called back he said I have a store full of customers hung up again. Funny that he was the 1 who called us back, like he said he would when he wasn't busy. 3rd call I yelled and called him names. He said he would not talk to me because I cursed at him. I'm you kept hanging up. Joe you are a joke.

Joe and the ladies helped us and felt right at home, it was the best customer service experience we have ever had.Joe was nice enough to take a phone to a customer that couldn't make it there before closing time. They have a customer for life.
