Had to get a new modem because the old one quit working. Was on the phone with customer service for over 30 min and they couldn't get the new modem working. I went in and Dale listened to my problem and was able to fix it in just a few minutes.

I just attempted to move my internet service to my new home. Went on the app and my monthly bill went from $80 to a new quote of $190. Tried to speak with someone via the chat function, which took forever as I would wait about 5 minutes between replies. i have lived in multiple cities, had services in multiple locations and never once did the agent try and save me as a customer. Just floored of the lack of customer service.

Internet sporadically disconnects frequently. Cox charged me $75 to come out and look at it. Didn't fix the issue. Over the phone said it was most likely my device, even though I told them it was all devices simultaneous losing connection. Ping is inconsistent and makes for a bad gaming experience. They also have a monthly data cap.
