This place is not a good place to go, very unfriendly and unprofessional employees. Did not help with anything! Didn’t even offer any sort of help with what was going on, we went to the Wichita branch and they got me in and out without any problems! Definitely recommend trying Wichita branch if you even bank at Commerce or are looking into it.

I have always had a great experience at this branch of commerce bank! I recently had a problem and I was on my way to a funeral, the tellers took care of the problem I had in a professional way and saved me a great deal of trouble and worry!! I would recommend this bank to anyone!

My family banked there a few years ago and they was nice when we first opened up a new account but shortly after there whole attitude changed towards me and my family they was very rude and treated me and my family very bad especially the lady Therese. Got tired of charges and so called over draft fees they said we always had so we closed out our accounts and went some where else that is so much better and we are treated like family I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

Great bank to be a part of! From the time i signed up with them all the way till now i have had great experiences. The girls are funny and talk to me like they are actually interested in what i have to say, they go out of their way to make sure i am satisfied with the services and all around have made it a point to make banking here worth it. So far the branch manager, Jazmine, and Maddie have all 3 gone above and beyond for me. Banks definitely need ladies like this! Thank you!

Because of overdrafts which were all paid in full within 5 days of happening they have decided to "hold" any checkes for 10+ days unless direct deposited. Regardless of the fact that all of my paychecks have been direct disposited every two weeks for the last 4 years.

I went there to cash a check, and They said I don't bank there they would have to build a profile on me to cash a check that their customer had written me plus they want to charge me six dollars to cash that check after they built their profile. This is another way to try to control people and what they do. They have that right to have policies like this. I have a right not to do business with them and I will exercise that right and encourage anybody else take it that this bank to do the same!

I don't usually bank at Commerce. When I first walked in no one greeted me as they were too busy gossiping behind the counter about who had been fired recently. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a check that was issued from there and in the past they have cashed their own checks for free inside. I was informed this changed last summer and it would be a $6 fee for a check THEY issued. When I went to provide my drivers license they asked if I had my school id. I think they should of asked for a second form of identification, not assume I have a school id. When I inquired about opening an account one of the ladies behind the counter came out to help me. This could of improved things, perhaps if she introduced herself or had a name tag on. This wasn't the case. After inquiring about the types of accounts available, the lady treated me as a child. Mind you I probably have more education than everyone that was working today. Speak to me as an adult, not your child. Show some customer service, this is a financial institution. She later informed me the manager had already been off for the day, which is why things maybe were a little relaxed. Not impressed and I will be closing my newly opened account as soon as I am able to let the manager know of this unprofessional experience.
