The gun area is absolutely superb. It is a very nice place and stocked well I will admit. Just lazy people who forget about work ethic and customer support needs a restart from top down.”
“My sis has a store card I only shop Walmart we had a sister date she drug me in and omg the staff so nice helping us and I spent less honestly 1/2 of what I do a Walmart with the sales and the clearance racks my gosh I paid 7.97$ for Old Navy jeans off a sale rack regular price was still only 39.99$ can you believe that I'm doing all my shopping here from now on the quality is so much better than buying cheap jeans at Walmart that you have to replace in a year to when you can buy cheaper or the same price of Old Navy jeans that last for many years and look great and the tops in the shoes and the accessories are unbelievable I'm so excited that was the best sister date that I've had in a long time we always have our sister dates but this one I got more from it than I've ever had thank you Old Navy In the photos are my sis the one with glasses my with darker longer hair than white shirt my girlfriend and the other picture is also my mom and brother LAST YEAR CHRISTMAS matching Christmas can't wait till this year”

“The Buckle is one of my favorite places for jeans. I recently bought a pair that needed to be altered on the length. Usually we are able to order my size online, but this style doesn't come in the length I need. Alterations are free, so that wasn't an issue, but a bonus. The issue was, I bought the jeans out west. I didn't ask how long the alterations would take, but I called a week later to see if they were done. The sales associate found them in back, still not altered. I was informed they needed to be taken to the east location to be altered. The associate said she could take them that night, as she lived on the east side and would be glad to do it. I was pleased again. Five days later I got a call from the east store that they were ready to be picked up. I did then have to drive to the east side to get them. I just wish the associates would have explained the process so I would have known what to expect. I do love my jeans though!”
“This is a well-stocked location! I bought a warm winter coat, fall jacket, and dress pants. The coat is nicer and cheaper than my old Timberland one, it has more insulation and the hood snaps securely around my neck. Very happy with my purchases.”

“Hot Topic has survived it all, the power is back on, and they are definitely open at Towne West. This means I always have a spot to grab a cool gift for my loved ones to let their inner goth-light shine or pick myself up one of the many retro band shirts. The selection is plentiful and the Halloween and horror movie merch is ready for the season. I recommend the west side Hot Topic to all of Wichita.”

“I went in looking for a pair of jeans that would look good with a corset style top I was gifted. I am 6'1" so I needed long jeans, plus I wasn't sure exactly what style would work best. Once I started trying them on a male associate began helping me get any size or style I wanted to try. I ended up trying on like 13 pairs and he was a great sport through it all. In the end I got what I was looking for all thanks to him!”

“My daughter and I had been shopping all afternoon looking for a dress for her sweet 16 with no luck. I had never been in Windsor but decided to check it out. We finally found what she was looking for! With the help of Adrienne. She came right up to us and my daughter told her what she was looking for. She pulled 2 dresses for her to try and my daughter loved them both! She had a hard time deciding but we finally got the perfect dress! She even helped her pick out shoes and accessories. She was so sweet and patient with us. We will definitely be back there for homecoming and asking for ADRIENNE!”
