Went in today looking for help or tips for a peticular issue with rivets. They took the time, a lot of time, helping me try to figure a way with my issue. He spent a lot of time and suggested a few things. Very helpful. I'll always go back when i need items and tools. Great customer service.

First off this is a very nice organized exceptionally stocked tool store with name brand tools and plenty of inventory the lady that " helped " me with Shelly she was very rude demanding and I believe that she farted she thinks that her farts smell like roses but I got news for her I won't be back just because of her attitude I'm going to Lowe's baby

I’ve purchased several larger tools and a handful of smaller items. The staff is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in finding everything I needed. There are a number of corporate options closer, but I make the hour and twenty minute drive to the Big Tool Store. Quality, great selection, and good help.

Weird experience here. Called and tried to buy a tool and have it shipped out to me. Was sent photos of the tool yesterday explaining how it’s in brand new condition and was told to wait for a shipping quote. Didn’t get one, called back to get the quote and expecting to pay and have it shipped out, only to have the owner of the store say they can’t ship it out because they don’t have a box and don’t like shipping to Canada. Really weird and unprofessional experience from multiple employees.

They literally have everything hereCustomer service comes second but damn the selection is overwhelmingly impressive - tools for EVERYTHING including agriculture and diesel needs - lots of trailers - have to say if you are a handyman and you've never been in you really should check it out at least once before you die
