ATM supposedly is fee-free for withdrawals from my Canadian bank account, but the ATM does not specify any exchange rate either before or after the transaction is completed. The effective exchange rate I received was about %3 lower than the average daily rate. It would be better to use a credit card with an international exchange rate fee than to use the ATM at Bank of America.

Who thought it would be a great idea to remove the physical branch and replace it with this video retirement money grabber and ATMs to replace tellers? It doesn't do everything a teller can do. Then build it somewhere where there is only one non-disabled parking spot and no drive-up ATM!

Computer system down again. No video chat available during hours because system wasn't working right. Called local bank on Rock in Wichita, no help. They offer appointment 5 days from now. Was able to withdraw cash from the ATM and then closed the account. Citizens bank Derby is live in person walk in service. Talk to a real person.

Bank somewhere else... ANYWHERE else.. You have to use your bank card to even get in building. Then you don't get to talk to a human. You then get to try and get out of the escape room. Pointless.

video banking in empty building with no answer after press button on screen, no responses after waiting 6min. Unable to transfer monies. Looking for a nation wide bank with real people to talk to.

Very convenient location, can deposit cash, cash checks, check balance all from the ATM. I have not used the video banking portion yet but love all the features the ATM has to offer.
