“Saw all 5s in the reviews here and decided to try it out. Only reason to get uncomfortable me giving it a 5 is will need to keep competing with others for their time! Serious - very knowledgeable, go to the root of problem and have not tried over-selling anything. Inspected the vehicle and thoroughly shared away. Took time to explain things. Just had to wait in line for appointment but that's what you get when their service is so good. Very happy to have found a great mechanic in Derby. Both Mr. Doug the mechanic and helper Tiffany served me very well.”

“I used Auto Masters for the first time and am really happy with them. My AC was having problems and they misdiagnosed it the first time. After an experience with another garage in Derby doing something similar with my CV joint in the past and telling me to just go home and "wait until it clicks more," I expected the worst. They took my car back, put two weeks of work into it to get to the bottom of the problem and fixed it with no additional charge. I feel like I've found a place that stands behind their work. They vacuumed, cleaned inside and out of windshield(gold star) ⭐️ topped off the fluids, checked tires matched the air in all of them! They showed me I needed my cabin filter changed but was not pushy to try to sell me one! They also have reminders when your next oil change is due if you would like! I will be back for my next oil change! Definitely recommend!”
