I used Auto Masters for the first time and am really happy with them. My AC was having problems and they misdiagnosed it the first time. After an experience with another garage in Derby doing something similar with my CV joint in the past and telling me to just go home and "wait until it clicks more," I expected the worst. They took my car back, put two weeks of work into it to get to the bottom of the problem and fixed it with no additional charge. I feel like I've found a place that stands behind their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that does quality work and makes you feel confident that you made the right choice. ❤️

Fair prices, quality workmanship and great service! I appreciated the loaner car too while mine was being repaired. Highly recommended!

They've been our go to service center for many years. They do get busy, but it's fine as long as you schedule in advance. Update as of 4/25/24, still great, keep it up Jake and Josh, you guys rock!

In the middle of a 16hr + drive from Galveston, TX to Nebraska with a toddler we had to stop because our brakes made a pop noise and made further travel impossible. A quick call to Auto Masters to make sure we could even get in and we found the quickest tow we could. The gentlemen at the shop were very polite and helpful. They identified the issue within 10mins of us being at the shop and got us fixed and back on the road within an hour.
Honestly couldn't be more thankful for not just the repair, but the patience and kindness that came with it.

Had my CV joints replaced in May. My trans just went out and I’m getting a call that my CV joints are also bad. When auto masters installed the cv joints they punctured the boot and they’ve been slinging grease everywhere. I live in oklahoma and without a transmission the car is immobile. Called auto masters as to getting at least parts refunded for the cv joints they messed up and they would fully cover them if I bring the car to them. 2 hours away. The car won’t drive but since I can’t bring the car to them they won’t do squat. Save yourself the trouble. They can’t practice good business. I know labor can’t be refunded but why am I paying for parts that obviously weren’t put in right and went bad in a less than a year.

The guys there need to learn customer service and not treat females like they are stupid. One guy came over to McDonald's on k 15 and when we told him we couldn't figure out how to get our portable jumper connected he rudely said "you got to hit start button to start up" we know that's what you're supposed to do. Poor customer service and will never use them to repair our vehicles

Recently had a alternator replaced here, it was very labor intensive with the location. It took them approximately 8hrs when originally told 3 which is fine. The issue that I had was the tech forgot to reinstall radiator hose clamp which left us stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck. But the next morning they hopped right on our vehicle and fixed the issues and ran it through a battery of test to make sure everything was working correctly.

Good Price and Fast Service! Took my Work van in to have the rear Shocks replaced. Staff was very friendly and upfront. They even drove me home and picked me up when the work was done, which was done fast (less than 4 hours). Van is driving smooth and no more excessive bouncing, hard slamming or crunching and crunching sounds!! Very happy and will be back for future repairs!Service: Steering & suspension repair
