“BEST POST OFFICE BY FAR!!!!! I had to run by the USPS and ran by the Bonner location. I have to say that I Bonner Springs has the BEST staff hands down! I was greeted with a smile from both gentlemen when I opened the door, no line, and fully staffed! The man (dark hair with beard) was happy to help me, greeted me with a smile and had a genuine encounter with me. I absolutely love the good old fashioned customer service! Thank you!!!”
“Amazing! Rick, the manager, kindly and carefully individually, triple wrapped my grandmother’s delicate glass bottles to send to my cousin, ….a special reminder of times with family. He showed me each piece after wrapping and added plenty of padding. I also appreciate the “fragile” labels. :) Thank you so much!”

“Unknowingly the hours I looked up showed later than 6:30. So here I was cruising in with returns for 3 stores and one package to mail right at closing. Not only did they welcome me they opened the door for me to drive my mobility scooter inside. Could not have been more kind and helpful. I was in and out so quick! They even had to re-enter my customer information in their system as it was missing and no sign of annoyance or rushing. I loaded up to leave and there they were coming out of the store as their day had ended. So kind! I feel horrible that I cannot recall the tall young lady with the great smile! She’s an asset to UPS!”
“I went when they first opened and it was difficult to get help. This time I ordered my print job on line and tried them again by chance. I was impressed!!!Trinity called me twice after I made my online order. She did an incredible job, knowing what questions to ask and clarifying so that I got exactly what I wanted. She saw that there was confusion on how the order came out online and she went above and beyond to take the initiative to get me the right order. She communicated to me that she cared whether or not I got what I wanted and that means so very much to me.This location in the West Olathe WalMart is now like the Fed Ex in Olathe near Mur-Len and Black Bob are BOTH exceptional in their service. They can be busy from time to time, but if you are patient, once they are interacting with you they go the extra mile and are known for the quality they produce!!!”

Unlike another reviewer said, I have had someone answer the phone promptly all 3 times I've called (unlike the Union Station office, where I have never been answered).”
