Really good wood. Very helpful associates. Larger wood and more limited types, but all the standard products and good quality. I'll go back, even though their prices are a bit higher. The quality is worth it in my opinion.

I called and asked if they carried used railroad ties, the lady that answered the phone said that they used to but she didn't think they still did? I asked her to check and find out for sure, she said something and I was on hold for about 5 minutes then they hung up....!

Ben, Kevin, Scott, and the rest of the Lumber One team are truly the best in the business.Their care, knowledge, and follow through are top notch. Scott sold us new front doors, and personally delivered them to our home, which certainly surprised us and made my wife happy! We'll happily refer them to all of our friends and neighbors.

We have always had a great working relationship with Lumber One and give much of the credit to their sales staff. They understand the importance of timely material deliveries and react to requests with a sense of urgency. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive lumber supplier with competitive pricing.

Don't use them to provide the labor. They will sell you on how they manage the project. Then never come to the job. Their Framer will sub out the work and have zero english speaking management. I had to have other framers fix all the issues left behind. I recommended their Trim division to a builder. the builder has been told he can not purchase since I recommended them. Kevin the owner of Lumber One would not sell to him. To all my construction Friends. Based of this owner you know what my recommendation is. Look up on google. Several other Companies that want business.
