Love De Soto vet! We have been taking our fur babies here before they moved into the new space. We have a addi dog who needs to go in monthly for his shot. Chief loves going in to get his lovin’s from everyone there. Dr. Matt has been kind and patient with all of our animals. The front desk staff is always professional and friendly. Highly recommend going here!

Very nice. Very easy to work with. Pretty location and set up for the animals.
We will see how my “scared” dog does next week with them, but they are willing to work with him!

We loved our experience at De Soto Vet Clinic! The new space is beautiful, it is so clean, and the vet was so welcoming and helpful. We never felt rushed or ignored. We will take all of our dogs here in the future!

My wife and I would like to thank Desoto veterinary clinic for being so compassionate and caring on a very hard day that nobody wants to come when you have to put your loving 17 year old dog to sleep . I called their clinic late that afternoon and the clinic made arrangements for us to bring Dudley in to end his suffering that day .The secretary and the doctor were very caring and we just wanted to let them know how thankful we were . Our family takes all three of our pups here! Highly suggest them! From the front staff to the back. All are so caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable! I won’t take them anywhere else! We have a wide range of breeds and they are fantastic with all of them! (Anxious German Shepard, Frenchie, and a chocolate lab puppy)

Not a huge fan. Waited 25min in the exam room. Peeked my head out asking how much longer (I had other things to do that day). More than 5min later the vet finally came in. He checked the dog for a few minutes and prescribed a different round of antibiotics. Didn't say hi, bye, or thank you. Didn't say he wants to recheck the dog after this round of antibiotics like he did with the last. So because I asked how much longer to the receptionist, is he no longer concerned about my dog?

For years we drove almost an hour to our trusted vet we had for years. When that vet retired a few years ago we switched and have loved Dr. Matt and the staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable, fair pricing, extremely friendly. We love working with them.

We switched to De Soto Vet. after becoming unhappy with the treatment our dogs and us were receiving from our previous vet office and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to do so. We’ve only been for two appointments, so far, and both my husband and I are extremely impressed with the love our dogs received here, and the smiles and welcoming we have received. My only regret is not switching sooner!!!

Very impressive service. They squeezed me in on a short notice to help me address a concern I had with my ACD. They were prompt, knowledgeable, communicative, and very friendly. They even gave me some pointers on care for my other dog having a second issue. Very good experience I’ll recommend to others!

My girl, Luna, had to have a tooth extracted. They took amazing care of her and answered all the questions I had. The new office is beautiful, also. I can't say enough good things about De Soto Veterinary Clinic. Thank you for taking care of Luna!

Our dog was diagnosed with IVDD and we were told a $10k+ surgery was needed. We our friend recommended Dr Matt. After several weekly electro acupuncture, chiropractic, and cold laser treatments, our dog has regained most of his bowel control, able to stand up and starting to take wobbly steps. We are confident he will recover without surgery for a small fraction of the cost. This staff is very knowledgeable, easy, and fun to work with. We travel 45mins out of the KC metro to see them!!
We also had to board our dog on a few occasions during this journey. Courtney (vet tech) runs a very nice pet bed/breakfast. She was very helpful during our time of panic to have somone watch our baby. Affordable, skilled pet care was a another big bonus with Desoto Vet,

Staff is friendly, tentative, and caring about you and your pets. new location is amazing with a great set up for veterinary and grooming with separate entrances and connected for easy access. Lots of parking easy highway access, we drive from out of town to use this clinic. I would recommend to anyone!
